The third open day event of Tiantian Laundry Central Washing Factory was successfully held

Are you confident to send your children's clothes for cleaning? Does the detergent damage the clothes? Can high-temperature disinfection of clothes achieve sterilization? With these questions in mind, yesterday (August 2), more than 70 young reporters from Yangcheng Evening News and over 50 young reporters from Guangzhou Daily Zengcheng Community Newspaper, totaling more than 120 people, visited Guangdong Tiantian Laundry Chain Co., Ltd.'s Zengcheng Central Laundry Factory to learn about the entire laundry process on-site. Five photography enthusiasts from Yangcheng Evening News also joined the group, capturing the washing and drying process: with pictures as proof, it is even more convincing!
Yangcheng Evening News and Guangdong Tiantian Laundry Chain Co., Ltd. jointly hosted the third open day event at Tiantian Laundry Central Laundry Factory, themed "Exploration." Xie Yu, chairman of the Yangcheng Evening News Student Reporter Club, said this event is the 54th field trip for the young reporters this year, and the word "Exploration" reflects the young reporters' curiosity to explore the unknown.
Indeed, after watching the laundry video, learning from the wonderful sharing by Li Jingjin, founding president of the Taiwan Franchise Chain Association and laundry expert, and visiting the factory, the young reporters held a lively "Reporter Q&A session." Questions like "Is clothes cleaned at home or sent for cleaning cleaner?", "Do clothes need to be aired after dry cleaning?", "Can my plush toy be dry cleaned?" and other amusing questions received serious answers from Tiantian Laundry experts: "Currently, Tiantian Laundry factory has 18 dry cleaning machines, all upgraded to the fifth generation, and about 15 water washing machines. The first floor of the laundry factory is the clothing intake and sorting area, where staff inspect the items for dry cleaning, water washing, or fine washing classification. The laundry transport vehicle then delivers the clothes to the dry cleaning and water washing workshops. The second floor is the ordinary clothing service area and dry cleaning workshop. Clothes sent for cleaning are placed into different dry cleaning machines, with the entire dry cleaning process taking about 30 minutes. Water washing takes about 20 minutes longer due to an added drying step. After washing, clothes go through ironing, ultraviolet disinfection, re-inspection, and then are packaged for delivery."
It is understood that Tiantian Laundry is a "nationally renowned laundry brand" and a "national-level service industry standardization pilot implementation unit." It is one of the earliest companies in China to lead the formulation of local standards and participate in national laundry standards development. Its production scale and equipment, especially the number of dry cleaning machines, rank first in the industry nationwide. In September 2011, Tiantian Laundry established the Tiantian Anna high-end laundry and luxury goods care production line, providing personalized and attentive services for consumers with special needs, promoting the Guangdong laundry industry towards refined and personalized consumption division.
Tiantian Laundry experts also introduced to the children that the soon-to-be-completed world-class intelligent central laundry factory will feature a "Laundry World Culture Museum," where children can visit to learn about China's profound laundry culture. The factory will be put into use by the end of the year, adopting a "visualized automated central laundry factory" model. When clothes enter the washing process, customers will receive a text message notification, and then they can watch the washing process through a mobile app or computer terminal.
After the young reporters' Q&A session ended, it was Tiantian Laundry experts' turn to ask questions: How many dryers does Tiantian Laundry have? How long does the dry cleaning process take? What is the disinfection method? Every young reporter who answered correctly received a carefully prepared laundry souvenir from Tiantian Laundry.
While the young reporters were busy with questions and answers, the photography enthusiasts were busy taking photos, capturing the laundry and Q&A processes on camera. "These photos will later be displayed in Tiantian Laundry's museum to help more people understand the company's culture and public welfare brand," said a person in charge of Tiantian Laundry.
