The nation's first batch of "O2O Laundry Quality Control Specialist" professional certificates issued

On July 26, 2015, the nation's first batch of "O2O Laundry Quality Control Specialist" training concluded at eDaixi. To further enhance the business capabilities of O2O laundry quality management personnel, strengthen their sense of responsibility and commitment, and explore effective methods for "O2O laundry" quality control, the China Commercial Federation Laundry Professional Committee cooperated with eDaixi to conduct training for O2O laundry quality control management personnel. A total of 36 eDaixi quality control staff from 16 cities nationwide participated in the training. Starting from meeting user needs and ensuring a more reassuring user experience, the "O2O Laundry Quality Control" specialist training position was successfully applied for. 
The main training content included three aspects: professional skills, operational skills, and service skills. Through assessment, the trainees obtained the "O2O Laundry Quality Control Specialist" professional certificate issued by the Laundry Committee.
