According to the requirements of industry colleagues and the work arrangement of the Leather Care Office of the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Laundry Committee") will hold the "National Luxury Leather Care Related Activities" in Wenzhou from June 26 to 28, 2015. The event consists of two parts: the "National Luxury Leather Care Forum" and the "National Professional Qualification Assessment for Leather Care Workers." The specific arrangements are as follows.

             Part One: National Luxury Leather Care Forum
1. Forum Content
1. Technical training and lectures. Experts including Qi Datong, Zhi Hao, and invited foreign luxury experts will explain the care processes and techniques for luxury leather goods, the use of leather care chemicals, analysis of recent frequent luxury care accident cases, treatment methods, and management and marketing of luxury care stores.
2. Interaction and Q&A. Participants can provide difficult cases of leather product care accidents for on-site discussion and solution proposals by the expert group.
3. Visit to Aokang Group (afternoon of June 28).
4. "Laundry Family" large-scale networking dinner for communication, friendship, and cooperation.

1. Professionals and experts in leather care, personnel from local laundry and dyeing industry associations and related units;
2. Laundry and dyeing practitioners nationwide eager to learn and exchange laundry and dyeing techniques through participation.

5. Registration Method
1. Interested participants please fill out the reply form and fax or email it to the Laundry Committee before June 10, or send via QQ.
2. Laundry Committee members must fill in the member unit number on the reply form; member rates will apply. Without a member number, non-member fees will be charged.
3. Due to limited meeting room capacity and to ensure the quality of the exchange meeting, the number of participants is limited to 200. Registration is based on the final payment time, and places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Fee Standards
1. Members: 1700 RMB/person, Non-members: 1900 RMB/person (fees include meeting materials, dinner on the 25th, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the 26th, breakfast and lunch on the 27th, and accommodation on the 25th and 26th).

Part Two: National Professional Qualification Assessment for Leather Care Workers

The Laundry Committee, in cooperation with the China General Chamber of Commerce Vocational Skills Appraisal Center, plans to conduct the intermediate and advanced (Level 4 and Level 3) national professional qualification assessment for "Leather Care Workers" after the "National Luxury Leather Care Forum" (afternoon of the 27th and morning of the 28th). This assessment will be managed by the Shanghai Appraisal Station of the Vocational Appraisal Center. Specific details are as follows:
1. Participants
Personnel engaged in leather care-related work who intend to obtain the national professional qualification certificate for leather care workers issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security by participating in the intermediate and advanced level qualification assessments.
2. Application Conditions
Applicants must apply for the corresponding level based on their personal conditions. The specific application conditions are as follows:
1. Intermediate Level (meeting one of the following conditions)
(1) After obtaining the junior professional qualification certificate for this occupation, have continuously worked in this occupation for more than 3 years, completed the required hours of formal intermediate training for this occupation, and obtained a completion certificate.
(2) After obtaining the junior professional qualification certificate for this occupation, have continuously worked in this occupation for more than 5 years.
(3) Have continuously worked in this occupation for more than 7 years.
(4) Have obtained a graduation certificate from a secondary or higher vocational school specializing in this occupation (major) with intermediate skill training recognized by the human resources and social security administrative department.
2. Advanced (meeting any one of the following conditions)
(1) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, having continuously worked in this occupation for more than 4 years, completed the prescribed hours of formal advanced training in this occupation, and obtained a completion certificate.
(2) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, having continuously worked in this occupation for more than 6 years.
(3) Obtained a graduation certificate from an advanced technical school or a higher vocational school recognized by the Human Resources and Social Security Administration, with advanced skills as the training goal, in this occupation (major).
(4) Graduates with a college degree or above in this major or related majors who have obtained the intermediate vocational qualification certificate for this occupation and have continuously worked in this occupation for more than 2 years.
3. Registration Method
1. Applicants for the assessment are requested to fill out the electronic version of the "National Vocational Skill Appraisal Application Form" (see Attachment 2) and submit it to the following email addresses before June 5:

2. Registration on the morning of June 27 to receive exam-related materials.
4. Assessment Method
The assessment is scored out of 100 points, consisting of a written test and a practical test. Candidates who score 60 points or above in both parts are considered qualified.
Candidates who meet the qualification review requirements and pass the assessment will be awarded the corresponding level of Leather Care Worker "National Vocational Qualification" certificate.

Theoretical exam time: June 27, 2015, 15:30-17:00
Practical exam time: June 28, 2015, 8:00-12:00
