Internet technology, as an important element quietly infiltrating the laundry industry, has spread to every corner of the industry. The flourishing O2O laundry chain brands, various intelligent systems in laundries that save labor, and ubiquitous online promotion and advertising have opened up more possibilities for the development of the laundry industry. Participants unanimously agreed that the integration of internet technology and the laundry industry represents an enhancement of traditional laundry industry by external resources and environment. We should not resist the rise of emerging things but rationally use and develop them, treating internet technology as an important tool to improve industry operation efficiency, enhance environmental protection indicators, and service quality. It is hoped that laundry professionals will combine the concepts of this conference with industry practice to achieve a perfect connection between internet technology and the laundry industry.
At the standing dinner, Secretary-General Pan Wei of the Laundry Committee and President Xu Manli of the Dalian Laundry Industry Association successively delivered toasts. The event featured an awards ceremony, song performances, a lottery, and WeChat red envelope grabbing activities, bringing the conference to a climax.
