It is worth noting that the document lists a timetable for phasing out outdated dry-cleaning equipment, namely: before 2010, the entire province should gradually eliminate open-type dry-cleaning machines. Existing open-type dry-cleaning machines used in laundry and dyeing industries in urban districts of each prefecture-level city must be retrofitted before 2008, and those used in laundry shops in counties (cities) must be retrofitted before 2010.
