On December 25, 2009, the National Vocational Skills Competition Organizing Committee issued the "Decision on Commending Outstanding Organizations and Excellent Referees in the 2009 National Vocational Skills Competition Activities," recognizing groups and individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance, remarkable achievements, and fair judging in the 2009 National Vocational Skills Competition. The Beijing Laundry Industry Association and national-level referee Jiang Ying were honored for their excellent performance in the 6th National Laundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition.
The final of the 6th National Laundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition, a national level II competition, was held from September 9 to 11, 2009, at the National Agricultural Exhibition Hall in Beijing. As the host association, the Beijing Laundry Industry Association closely cooperated with the organizer, the Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, in the preparation and competition process. They made detailed arrangements from material provision to reception of participating teams, earning praise from teams nationwide.
Jiang Ying, a national-level referee employed by Tianjin Chaoli Laundry Service Co., Ltd., served as the head of the judging panel for the garment ironing skills competition. She demonstrated profound technical skills and a meticulous, strict judging style during the competition, receiving unanimous praise from the competition organizing committee and all participants, which led to her selection as an outstanding national-level referee.
On January 19, 2010, at the China General Chamber of Commerce Laundry Professional Committee's New Year gathering, Director Wang Shuyuan, on behalf of the organizing committee of the 6th National Laundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition, presented a certificate and medal to Secretary-General Wang Xueren of the Beijing Laundry Industry Association.
