From late March to early April, Pan Wei, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the China Commercial Federation's Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee, along with Executive Deputy Directors Shu Qi and Wang Houzeng, visited some laundry and dyeing industry associations and enterprises in Shanghai and Zhejiang. The main purpose of this trip was to plan and prepare for the "2010 (11th) China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Exhibition" and related activities, which will be held from August 26 to 28 this year at the Shanghai World Trade Mall Exhibition Hall.
Leaders including Pan Wei successively met with leaders of the laundry and dyeing industry associations in Shanghai and Hangzhou, as well as leaders from laundry service and equipment and auxiliary material manufacturing enterprises such as Shanghai Xiangwang, Kabo, Lvhua, Qiaoliya, Zhengzhang, Hangxing, Weilong Laundry, Shaoxing Topli, Ningbo Xizi Huansha, Ruili, Hangzhou Dajia, Aersha, and Kaiyuan Zhijiang. They solicited opinions on the planning and preparation of activities during the exhibition, and also exchanged and discussed issues related to industry development. They inspected relevant facilities of the Shanghai World Trade Mall Exhibition Hall with Secretary-General Ren Fengmei of the Shanghai Association and General Manager Han Xiuping of Guangzhou Xinzhilian Exhibition Company, studying and discussing the organization and coordination of various activities during the exhibition.
It is reported that the "2010 (11th) China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Exhibition" plans to set up 300 standard booths with an exhibition area of 6,000 square meters. More than 60 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises have registered to participate, with over 60% of the booths already confirmed. The organization of visitors for the exhibition will be fully launched in May. During the exhibition, the "Second Member Congress of the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China Commercial Federation" will be held, along with a national laundry and dyeing industry professional knowledge and skills competition and technical exchange activities.
Currently, the preparation work for the exhibition and various activities during the exhibition is progressing smoothly. We have reason to believe that this exhibition, riding the momentum of the Shanghai World Expo, and drawing on the successful experience of the previous ten "China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Exhibitions" and last year's "China International Laundry Festival," under the careful planning and active efforts of the organizers and with the strong cooperation and support of laundry and dyeing industry professionals nationwide, will surely become a grand event for the national laundry and dyeing industry this year.
