The first Leather Care Professional Work Meeting of the China Commercial Federation Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee was held on the morning of December 2, 2010, in Beijing. Nearly twenty leather care industry experts from Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Ningxia, Fujian, Changchun, and other regions attended the conference. Wang Shuyuan, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Commercial Federation and Director of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee; Pan Wei, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee; Shu Qi and Wang Houzeng, Executive Deputy Directors of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee; Lin Jun and Xin Yubo, Deputy Directors of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee, were present at the meeting. Director Wang Shuyuan delivered the opening speech, combining the "12th Five-Year Plan" of the laundry industry to propose new requirements for the leather care industry. This meeting was timely and effective, and the work of the leather care industry is a long and arduous task.
During the meeting, industry elites from the domestic leather care sector freely expressed their views on topics such as analyzing the current status of China's leather care profession, soliciting opinions on industry development, and planning the next steps for the leather care office. They actively discussed and exchanged ideas on the current trends, development directions, and cooperation models of China's leather care industry, offering many constructive and valuable suggestions, as well as numerous feasible plans and proposals. At the same time, focusing on the leather care professional office, the meeting further clarified the office's key work areas of "organization, coordination, guidance, supervision, and service," acting as a bridge and link between the industry regulatory authorities and enterprises within the industry, as well as among enterprises themselves. The goal is to exchange technology, cooperate for mutual benefit, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry. The meeting deliberated and implemented seven tasks related to the leather care industry, including textbook compilation, industry standards, evaluation training, technical exchanges, skills competitions, website promotion, and office functions and responsibilities. Finally, Pan Wei gave a summary speech on the 2011 work plan of the leather care professional office.
On the second day of the meeting, participants visited the "Hanhuang Headquarters Base" located in Daxing District, Beijing, covering more than 5,000 square meters. Xin Yubo, President of Hanhuang, accompanied the visit and introduced Hanhuang's development history, training academy, logistics distribution, and other aspects. The group toured Hanhuang's academy, factory, logistics, and functional facilities. They engaged in in-depth discussions on the training system of franchise enterprises, brand building, talent cultivation exchanges, external cooperation, and learning.
