According to the site report, China's first domestically produced tunnel-type washing machine unit was born at Jiangsu Haishi Machinery Group. Yesterday, a demonstration and launch event was held at the Haishi Group headquarters. Pan Wei, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the China Commercial Federation's Laundry Professional Committee, was specially invited to attend the meeting. In his speech, he said: China now has its own "Washing Dragon," which is exciting news for our laundry industry that we have long awaited. The advent of the domestically produced Washing Dragon will surely play a positive role in promoting the modernization of China's laundry industry.
Reporters saw in the workshop that the "Washing Dragon" undergoing demonstration operation looks like a long dragon from a distance. The entire set of equipment consists of six subsystems: weighing loading and conveying system, main washing dragon system, squeezing and dehydration system, shuttle conveying system, drying system composed of 4 powerful dryers, and the overall electrical control system. "This big machine can clean 1.5 tons of clothes per hour," said Chen Hong, Vice Chairman of Haishi Group. The project development insisted on a high starting point and high standards from the beginning to ensure the advancement and stability of independent intellectual property rights. "We have submitted 16 patent applications, including 8 invention patents, and 10 have been granted so far."
The scientific name of the "Washing Dragon" is tunnel-type washing machine, which means clothes are put in from the loader inlet and undergo fully automatic "one-stop" washing, squeezing, and drying. Currently, only a few countries in the world can produce the "Washing Dragon."
