Dear Chairpersons and Committee Members, hello everyone!
I am very pleased to have the opportunity to participate in this conference and to work together with the chairpersons and committee members of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee to contribute ideas for the development of China's laundry and dyeing industry.
First of all, I believe the laundry and dyeing industry is an industry with great development potential. China now attaches great importance to the development of the service industry. Compared with Western developed countries, China's service industry still has a large gap. There have been some improvements in recent years, but it is still relatively backward in terms of technology. The laundry and dyeing industry holds a fairly important position in the service sector. The common saying about clothing, food, housing, and transportation determines that the laundry and dyeing industry is a sector that directly serves people's livelihood. From the market perspective, with the improvement of people's living standards, the socialization of the service industry is increasing. Laundry shops not only serve general individual customers but also many group clients, which expands the enterprise chain and coverage of the laundry and dyeing industry. Facing a large amount of laundry work every day, whether in breadth, depth, or chain extension, it is a considerable challenge for laundry enterprises. The laundry and dyeing industry is still a developing industry. In terms of its own service capacity, there is great room for improvement in service quality and level. People now pay great attention to the development of the laundry and dyeing industry because the number of people using laundry services is increasing, and the public's concept of laundry has changed greatly compared to the past. Therefore, the development space and potential of the laundry and dyeing industry are very large.
Secondly, I understand that everyone has given high praise to the achievements of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee over the years, and other leaders of the Chamber of Commerce also highly commend the committee's work. The Laundry and Dyeing Committee is a big family for laundry and dyeing colleagues nationwide, providing a platform for communication, exchange, and display for laundry enterprises across the country. In future work, I hope the committee can continue to strengthen communication with laundry enterprises, understand the demands of laundry colleagues, reflect relevant suggestions to government departments, and provide a better social environment for the development of the laundry and dyeing industry. At the same time, within the industry, the committee should also take on more responsibilities in talent cultivation, technological innovation, standard revision, international exchange, and cooperation, fully playing its functional role to promote the rapid and sound development of the entire industry.
Finally, the association should also do a good job in coordinating and communicating with all sectors of society to serve the laundry and dyeing industry. The development of an industry requires a harmonious development environment provided by all aspects of society. The association should seize the opportunity to strengthen publicity for the laundry and dyeing industry so that the whole society can correctly understand the industry, enhance its competitiveness, protect the legitimate rights and interests of laundry enterprises, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
In short, the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce is always ready to serve laundry enterprises nationwide. We hope everyone here can open their hearts so that together we can contribute to the development of the laundry and dyeing industry.
