The Taiyuan Consumer Association's Laundry Industry Complaint Station was inaugurated this morning at the Taiyuan Laundry Association. Approved by the Taiyuan Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Taiyuan Consumer Association, the Consumer Association's Laundry Industry Complaint Station is now officially established. In the future, consumers who have disputes with laundry shops or clothing specialty stores regarding consumption or laundry services can call 12315 or 2525696 to seek assistance from this complaint station.
With the acceleration of people's work pace and continuous improvement in living standards, new types of clothing fabrics are emerging, and more citizens are going to laundries to wash clothes. At the same time, disputes between consumers and related laundry enterprises (shops) during service processes are increasing. Due to the particularities of this industry in terms of service and technology, many disputes are quite complicated.
Therefore, the City Laundry Industry Association applied to the Taiyuan Consumer Association to establish a Consumer Laundry Industry Complaint Station. This allows relevant experts in the industry to participate in resolving daily consumer disputes, formulate service standards for the laundry industry and evaluation criteria for laundry accidents, and provide appraisal opinions to protect consumers' legitimate rights and operators' rightful interests, promoting the reasonable and orderly development of the industry.
