Association Introduction

CLA(short for China Laundry Association),is an association which is approved by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and Ministry of Commerce of the People’sRepublic of China, authorized by Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China. CLA is the only nationalorganization of laundry and dyeing industry of China.

China Laundry Association has members over China working on laundry and dry-cleaning services,equipments and detergent manufacturing and trade, industrial training, related technology and research.

China Laundry Association make efforts to devote to serving industry and members, connecting government,striving for due right, promoting industrial development.

Job of CLA

1. Give full play of the connecting roll. reflects the wish and requirement of enterprises and practitioners protect their legitimate interest, implement policy and related laws and regulations of Chinese service industry.

2. Strengthen the self-autonomy of the laundry industry and standard the industrial development, coordinate with government to build industrial rules and conventions, encourage equal competition, and preserve industrial overall interest.

3. Launch education and training, promote professional skill. Build national industrial system of training and evaluation. Develop industrial training of basic theory, professional technology, business management and occupational qualification.

4. Investigate the industry and research developing trends. Promote new technology and machine application. Provide consultancy to industry enterprises, drive industry forward modernization.

5. Promote industrial communication and cooperation. Intensify communication among international and domestic industrial organizations and government, build communication platform for enterprises and organizations.

6. Undertake the secretariat of National Technical Committee 520 on Laundry and Dyeing of Standardization Administration of China.
