The members of the unit:

In order to improve the overall level of China's dyeing industry, learning management and technology in developed countries, the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce dyeing Professional Committee of China's Foreign Friendship Service Center, decided to co-dyeing industry, the backbone of China's chosen training dyeing technology to Japan.

The work by the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce dyeing Professional Committee is responsible for the students organized and dispatched; Chinese Service Center for China Friendship with Foreign Countries sending window, before leaving for training, audit, immigration procedures, in Japan, during the daily management, etc.; Japan Kanto dyeing Cooperative receive window for the Japanese side.

This project each year to Japan in two batches (one, in February, and eight in September), each training period of one year. Japan's acceptance of window (Kanto Cooperative dyeing) the integration of accession to Japan's "foreign trainees Comprehensive Insurance" (including health and accident, but does not include dentistry, gynecology, pregnancy and chronic diseases). Japanese companies sent researchers to receive living expenses, and to provide accommodation, water, electricity, food, self-care. After returning to the successful completion of training tasks, presented by the Professional Committee of China General Chamber of Commerce dyeing the country with the training related to dyeing Association issued "China's dyeing industry, study abroad certificate," the Chinese Foreign Friendship Service Center, each issued to a certain the amount of allowances and incentives.

Trainee selection criteria: age 20-35 years old, men and women not limited to, high school or high school degree or above, engaged in dyeing industry for more than a year, patriotism, love, dedication, physical health ( "China's dyeing industry in Japan for the selection of trainees conditions "attached). This project required a certain amount of management fees to pay twice.

In order to ensure the smooth development of this work, laundry professional committees in close cooperation with the sending unit, strengthening management, and strict selection off. Sending unit have to sign "guarantee letter", trainees I have to sign "go to Japan for training agreement."
